Hi, I’m Sophia Estopinal, a licensed counselor with 6 years of experience in adolescent support and mental wellness. I create a caring space to foster healing and growth. I provide in-person and virtual counseling for all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and focus issues.
