Meet Your Support Team

The clients I am most passionate about helping are members of the LGBTQIA+ community, couples, and emerging adults. 

I work collaboratively with clients to find how best we can better their lives. I strive to help clients become more present-focused and self-actualized. I love working with clients who have a drive to better themselves, but simply cannot do it alone. I'm here for you, and I believe that together we can enrich your life so you can live it to the fullest.

As a Gestalt and Existential counselor, I offer a positive, person-centered environment in which clients are able to exist as their most authentic selves. During sessions, I gently confront clients with my perceptions of them, and work to find meaning for them.

I know life is extremely difficult, oftentimes almost unbearable, but I think together it is possible for us to find and make meaning out of our time together. I will be gently confrontational in sessions, and will advocate for you to be the best and happiest version of yourself that you can be.
