Hello! I’m Caitlin Thibodeaux, a graduate student specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a background in Marketing from LSU, I shifted my path to pursue my passion for supporting mental wellness. I approach therapy with empathy and a trauma-informed mindset, dedicated to guiding adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, and emotional healing.
