My name is Catherine Schully, and I am a licensed therapist as well as the Founder & CEO of a mental health counseling practice. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of healthcare roles and have witnessed firsthand how deeply credentialing and billing impact a provider’s ability to sustain and grow their business. I’ve seen practices struggle not because of clinical skill, but because reimbursement and insurance navigation were overwhelming or mismanaged.

That experience is what led me to create Build UR Healthcare Biz — a dedicated branch of my counseling business designed to support healthcare providers who are ready to step out of overworked, underpaid positions and build a business that gives them freedom, stability, and room to thrive. My mission is to remove the frustration and confusion that come with dealing with insurance companies so providers can focus on delivering exceptional care.

While I bring strong experience in behavioral health billing and credentialing, I also recognize the limits of working alone. That’s why I partnered with the incredible team at Pro-Active Billing, a group of certified billing experts with extensive experience across many areas of healthcare.
